LBT is a fun class designed for people of all fitness levels. We tone and strengthen our lower bodies using step aerobics and strengthen our tums using exercises based on the principles of Pilates.
We believe that exercise should be fun and accessible to everyone!
This class is adaptable and designed to encourage people of all shapes, sizes, and abilities to progress at a pace that suits everyone while having fun in a social environment!
