Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Catering

This is an essential qualification for anyone looking for work(or Volunteer) in food operation in a cafe, restaurant or organization. It is the legal requirement in order to handle food in the workplace. The course covers food safety hazards, all aspects of temperature control, food handling & storage.
