How this works

If you need support, then please get in contact - there are a number of ways you can do this.

Drop-in sessions | We have three sessions a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning from 10am to 12pm when you can drop in and talk to one of our support team.

No need to make an appointment. You can talk through your situation with the team and discuss the next steps.

It may be that we are able to give you some immediate support, or you may need some longer-term assistance.

If we are not able to help you with a specific area that is concerning you then we will help you to access assistance from other agencies.

You can also telephone us or call in at our hub to make an appointment to see one of our team. We also have a referral form you can complete and one of our team will get back to you.

If you are a partner agency and would like to refer a client to our service, please complete the referral form.
