We exist to provide timely and accessible practical and emotional support to individuals and families in the community of Aylesham and surrounding areas with complex and multiple disadvantages. We help individuals who are struggling with the cost of living, benefit sanctions, unemployment, disability, life-limiting health conditions, mental health issues and social and emotional problems. Our activities fall into two areas. We provide assistance at critical moments to prevent individuals from becoming overwhelmed during times of crisis. We enable them to take control of their lives when they most need to. Our community hub delivers a range of activities to engage people in different ways to help them make social connections, learn skills and improve their wellbeing.
